Like Father, Like Son – and Grandfather Prescott too!

Imagine my surprise yesterday morning when I found out that there was another Coup attempt made on our government in 1933 – and Prescott Bush, Grandfather of George W. Bush was involved; not a real big surprise there, as it’s pretty common-knowledge that the Bush’s were involved heavily in the finances of Nazi Germany – and then switched-sides when it was convenient, which is apparently a Bush Family legacy!

The coup was aimed at toppling President Franklin D Roosevelt with the help of half-a-million war veterans. The plotters, who were alleged to involve some of the most famous families in America, (owners of Heinz, Birds Eye, Goodtea, Maxwell Hse & George Bush’s Grandfather, Prescott) believed that their country should adopt the policies of Hitler and Mussolini to beat the great depression.

Mike Thomson investigates why so little is known about this biggest ever peacetime threat to American democracy. LINK

It’s really not that big of a deal until you look at today’s situation – and we are faced with another Coup attempt, this time better organized and decades in the planning –proof that perseverance and money wins-out over common-sense or even the constitution when the stakes are high enough…

What this small glimpse into the past does is prove – beyond any doubt – is that corporate America has been working to enslave the American people long before most of us were born, and what we see today may be the accumulation of decades of conspiracy and planning by our so-called “Dynasty families and corporations”, some who are likely guilty of subversion and treason.

Microsoft and Wal-Mart, two of the world’s wealthiest corporations – got where they are because of our Justice Department and current and past administrations, Republican and Democratic alike – have refused to effectively enforce our anti-trust laws, which in turn allows corporations to become much more powerful and influential than American law allows. It’s important to acknowledge there are other American corporations that have also crossed-the-line and are also “monopolies” in the legal and political sense of the word – and should be regulated as such. The Bush administration in particular has gotten-down on their knees to appease corporate America – who are their obvious “Gods”, not those they profess to the people.

In Microsoft’s case, they lobby and push for even more foreign HB-1 and other VISA programs to be expanded to they can import foreign workers who work for an average of $12 K less annually than their American counterparts – it’s all about the money, and the prosperity and health of Americans don’t matter when it comes to the bottom-line. If you believe there aren’t enough qualified American technical workers to full those positions Bill Gates is talking about, think again – there’s an abundance of American IT workers that could walk-in tomorrow and fill those jobs; But remember, they won’t work for sub-standard wages – and that’s why Gates and others of his ilk would prefer to further destroy our middle-class and replace it with a workforce that is more in line of what they “feel” is a fair wage. In short, their patriotism has been replaced by raw greed – evidently the disease that is most responsible for destroying our country.

Wal-Mart is even worse, and now because of their unmitigated greed and hatred of American values, and them leading the charge to outsource any part of America’s core business that wouldn’t knuckle-under to their pricing and other demands – the economy for the Average American is in a shambles, and every day we find ourselves with less and less “spending money.” What’s really ironic is the worse it gets, the larger Wal-Mart grows, as demand for prices that are unattainable for most retailer’s lies specifically within the realm of Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club. When America is hurting the worst, they make the most money – gathering customers that once would never dream of shopping there, but now do it as a matter of necessity. For all practical purposes, Wal-Mart is a parasite – eating away at the once strong American manufacturing and retail sector. Look at the definition of a “parasite” in any dictionary – and then consider how Wal-Mart has infected America, shut-down hundreds of thousands of Mom & Pop businesses – and instigated the trend to outsource anything and everything in their quest to increase the bottom-line, regardless of the consequences to the US and world economy(s).

There is no necessity for Congress to enact new laws to address this problem – but to simply follow our old laws, you know, the one’s that are still on the books – but the government refuses to enforce! Failing to enforce our Anti-trust laws and regulations allow corporations to grow to such economic dominance that they then have enough cash to enter into lobbying Congress for more special treatment – effectively turning them into viable political force(s) whose politics will always be contrary to the good of the average citizen.

Failing to enforce a multitude of rules and regulations by our federal enforcement agencies, exacerbated by a Justice Department and White House that refuse to enforce Anti-trust legislation already on the books are strangling the Average American, slowly, unnoticeable at first – but now we see it’s reaching epidemic proportions!

It’s time for a third political party, call them Progressive Independents if you will – and allow them to campaign on one principal alone throughout their entire campaign; Return the United States to the Constitutional values we have believed in since the inception of this Democratic Republic – and follow the Rule of Law, which means enforcing ALL of our laws that the Bush administration and so many before them have conveniently ignored – which allows corporations and their owners to amass enormous political power, enough to trash our own constitution – and evidently allow for the continual plotting against the American people by these corporations that we helped to build. They can also be torn-apart by our own laws if they don’t begin to operate in the interests of the United Sates and its people instead of their own selfish interests that are now becoming a danger to the American people.
